
Joe Huser
Joe is an experienced corporate attorney and graduate of Notre Dame Law. Before establishing his own practice, he was in the corporate and securities department at Baker & McKenzie where he worked in venture capital and international transactions. He has represented small firms and Fortune 500 companies in several industries, including private equity, clean tech, apparel, biotechnology, software and information technology and real estate. He has worked on a wide range of matters, from small contracts to $75 million investments and on matters that have spanned nearly every continent on the globe, with a special emphasis on transactions in Latin America.
Prior to practicing law, Joe worked in national and California politics and through this background he brings a wide range of experience and contacts to bear on any matter he represents. He remains active in supporting worthy candidates and causes. Joe is originally from Indiana and received his undergraduate degree from DePauw University.

Adam J. Shipley
Adam is an associate for the Law Offices of Joseph D. Huser, where he focuses his practice on litigation. He has represented individuals and corporate clients on a broad array of litigation matters such as bankruptcy, intellectual property, family law, contract disputes, and torts. His experience includes all aspects of discovery, pretrial law and motion practice, and settlement negotiations.
Mr. Shipley received his Juris Doctor in 2010 from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he was the recipient of a USC Law Merit scholarship. During his time in law school, Mr. Shipley was selected as a member of the Hale Moot Court Honors program. He spent a summer as an associate in the General Litigation department of a large national law firm. Mr. Shipley also filed petitions with state and federal courts and represented indigent clients at hearings through USC Law’s public interest Post Conviction Justice Project, where he was a Student Clinical Supervisor. He is originally from Alabama and graduated with honors in 2007 from the University of Alabama in Huntsville with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology.
Mr. Shipley is admitted to the State Bar of California.
